DAY 4 : Venice: Half day Murano, Burano, and Torcello tour
Start your morning with a buffet breakfast at the hotel and take a half-day tour of the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.
The tour begins with a ride to the island of Murano, going by the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the public gardens, the tip of Sant'Elena, and the famed Lido Beach Resort.
You'll get to tour world-famous colored glass factories on the island of Murano. The picturesque island of Burano, known for its high quality lace and the neon colored fishermen's quarters, is next on the itinerary. Continue to travel to the island of Torcello after stopping for 30 minutes. The Cathedral and the Church of Santa Fosca are home to Torcello, renowned for being one of the oldest civilizations.

Murano
Murano is a Venetian lagoon about 1.5 kilometres north of Venice, consisting of seven islands linked by bridges and canals. Tourists flock to the island because of its exclusive glass-making design, which dates back to the 10th century.

The impressive Lion Monument in Lucerne, built by Thorwaldsen in 1820, is located to the north of Löwenplatz.
